Cheap Coke Zero at Walgreens

Ok, here's something that looks too good to be true so it must be! I plan to check it out tomorrow and let you know if it worked. Several sites have this deal posted:

Get 8 pack Mini Coca-Cola Products 7.5 oz. ea. FREE WYB 3 – 12 packs of Coca-Cola Products 3/$13
-$2/1 Coca-Cola 8-pk, 75 oz. mini cans (2054) x5/21 Walgreens Catalina Coupon
-$2/1 Coca-Cola Zero 12 pk (2057) x5/21 Walgreens Catalina Coupon
= $5 FOR (3) COKE ZERO & (1) MINI CANS IF YOU CAN USE COUPON ON FREE ITEM

I asked one of the local managers if I could give a cashier a store coupon number if I did not bring the coupon with me. He said yes. I tried it today on Pampers, knowing I had the coupon in my purse if I needed it, and the cashier looked at me like I was trying to cheat the system but typed it in anyway.

So, tomorrow I will go to WAGS and pick up three cases of coke zero and one eight pack of the mini cans, maybe in Sprite. I'll give my cashier these store coupon numbers and see what happens. If not, I've  gotten an ok deal. If it works then I'll be super excited!! I'll be doing the cheap coke zero dance in the parking lot.  Then I'll come home and let you know how it went.

This could also be a GREAT thing for the following week. The week of April 17 WAGS will have Coke products on sale 5 cases for $13. This is already a good deal. If the Coke Zero store coupon works I'll get 5 cases for $3 plus the tax on the original cost...so around $4 after taxes. Again, Coke Zero dance in the parking lot will be done. I hope it doesn't cause it to rain Coke Zero....

I hope the shelves don't get cleared out....

  1. Confirmed!!! WAGs at Crosstown in Tupelo allowed me to give them my coupon codes to get $2 off each case of Coke Zero AND $2 off the 8 pack of mini cans. $13-8=$5 for three cases of Coke Zero and an eight pack of Sprite Mini cans. Those will come in handy on days where we have to make several stops and I need our 5 year old as a helper. They are just her size.

  2. ? how did you find out what next weeks deals are already? also, i'm confused on telling them the code instead of giving them the paper, how is it better to tell them? thanks

  3. I always check iheartwags.com to see what the next few weeks look like. That helps me to know if I need to order any coupons.
The WAGS by the mall will let you give them the store coupon codes written down. I've had two people tell me that the other two stores would not let them this week. I got to Sunday at Crosstown but wonder why no one else had luck with that. It helped me because I had coupons from the weekly flier, the monthly coupon book, the infant care book and another source. If I had tried to remember all of those and try to find them at the register I would have either held up the line or forgotten something and lost out on savings. That's why I'd rather do it. Apparently these other store managers don't care for it. That mean that they lose out on some of my bigger trips.
